It is understood and agreed that the City or its agents will leave the <br /> premises in a clean and orderly condition,and will repair,replace,or compensate for any existing <br /> improvements that are damaged during the course of work. <br /> Project team members and the project consultant have been thoroughly instructed in proper field <br /> procedures and conduct. The following rules will be followed: <br /> • Property owners will be given at least 24 hours'notice by telephone or mail prior to entry. Please <br /> note that your telephone number is requested on page 2 of this Permit. <br /> + Gates will be left as they were found. <br /> • No pets or firearms will be permitted. <br /> • Smoking will not permitted on the property. <br /> • No trash or other evidence of field visits will be left on the property. <br /> • All field staff will carry identification. <br /> 0 Vehicle speeds will be kept to five(5)miles per hour on unpaved roads in agricultural properties <br /> to minimize dust. <br /> Owner is welcome to accompany or observe any of the crews working on their property at any time. <br /> The City agrees to indemnify,defend,and hold the undersigned parties harmless from and against any <br /> and all.loss, liability,expense,claims,costs,suits,damages, and attorney's fees,arising directly out of the <br /> City's negligent operation or performance under this permit. <br /> City of Lathrop,Permit to Enter Page 1 <br />
