The project proposes the following construction: -7,000 sq. ft. office building - 10,000 sq. ft. service and repair shop - 12,000 sq. ft. enclosed container support and storage area, and -2,000 sq. ft. wash bay. The project proposes 61 truck parking spaces, 156 trailer parking spaces, and 94 passenger vehicle spaces. Access to the site will be provided by a proposed driveway off South State Route 99 East Frontage Road, a county-maintained road. The Property is zoned I-L (Limited Industrial) and the General Plan designation is R/L (Low Density Residential). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located north of S State Route 99 E Frontage Rd., approximately 380 feet east of E Clark Dr., Stockton.
