Good afternoon, <br /> Attached are the final inspection reports for the Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP), Large <br /> Quantity Generator Hazardous Waste (LQG HW), and Tiered Permitting—Conditionally Authorized (TP- <br /> CA) inspections conducted at 715 S. Guild Ave. on 12/3/25. Also attached are the Return to Compliance <br /> (RTC) certification forms for each inspection, due no later than February 21, 2026. <br /> You did already submit a few documents that may relate to the open violations.
