The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for Aquiles Auto Body & Repair as of April 21, 2026. <br />Open violations from June 19, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #21 - 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start date. <br />OBSERVATION: One 55 black steel gallon drum of absorbent, debris, filters containing gasoline was observed at the <br />hazardous waste storage area with no accumulation start date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in compliance with Title 22 <br />California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the disposal records to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #26 - 3030017 - Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Four 55 gallon containers of used oil were observed at the hazardous waste storage area with no lid <br />for bunghole cover. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage, <br />except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers <br />and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action <br />statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #38 - 3030004 - Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br />OBSERVATION: Used metal oil filters were observed on top of used oil containers at the hazardous waste area. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil <br />Filters. California Health & Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately drain all metal oil and fuel filters of free-flowing liquid, store them in closed, <br />rainproof containers. Label the container with the words “drained used oil filters” or "used gasoline filters", depending <br />on the contents. Mark the container with an accumulation start date. Dispose of all used filters stored on-site greater <br />than one year. Used filters not stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous <br />waste. Provide a corrective action statement, disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />Page 1 of 2
