Please provide the Hazardous Waste (HW) RTC as well. The document attached is a SPCC Plan cover sheet and table of contents. Below you will find the list of open violations: PRO523036-Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act(APSA)- Violation#32-4020002: Provide Briefing training record for compliance verification to EHD. Please review your SPCC Plan, as there should be a training briefing form or provide one that includes a brief summary identifying the training. Violation#74-4010032: The provided statement is not sufficient as it does not address the issue regarding the violation. Please log on into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) https://cers.calepa.ca.govz and make a submittal with any correction that is needed. As a reminder,the CERS submittal is due annually between November 1st-January 15th. PRO514254-Hazardous Waste Violation#2-3020001: Provide training to the employee who handle all hazardous waste/materials and emergency procedures. Provide training records to EHD and statement on the RTC. Violation#8-3010013: Provide copy of the consolidated disposal records for the past three years between 2022 - 2025. If consolidated disposal records cannot be provided, provide a corrective action statement of how the facility will maintain the records moving forward. Violation#26-3030017: During the inspection, a half metal container that serve as a catch basin was observed without a lid. Provide a corrective action statement of how this was corrected, include photos. Violation#29-3030058: During the inspection, four metal tanks attached a trailer with empty labels but do not have dates. Immediately labels these empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within a year of that date. Provide a statement and supporting documentation. Violation#51-3030034:The secondary containment located in the hazardous waste storage area was observed with liquid. Bring the secondary containment into proper working order by repair, replacement, clean, or testing. Provide statement and photos of the correction.
