The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for THE SERVICE STATION as of April 24, 2026. <br />Open violations from August 12, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #38 - 3030004 - Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br />OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br />on-site. The following used metal oil or fuel filter containers were on-site: <br />-One 55 gallon black steel drum of used drain metal oil filters was observed at the hazardous waste storage area not <br />closed with a metal ring. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil <br />Filters. California Health & Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the container with the words “drained used oil filters” or "used gasoline <br />filters", depending on the contents. Mark the container with an accumulation start date. Dispose of all used filters <br />stored on-site greater than one year. Used filters not stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are <br />regulated as hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action statement, disposal records and supporting <br />documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 1 of 1
