The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for THE SERVICE STATION as of June 19, 2026. <br /> Open violations from August 12, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#38-3030004-Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br /> on-site. The following used metal oil or fuel filter containers were on-site: <br /> -One 55 gallon black steel drum of used drain metal oil filters was observed at the hazardous waste storage area not <br /> closed with a metal ring. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil <br /> Filters. California Health &Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the container with the words"drained used oil filters"or"used gasoline <br /> filters", depending on the contents. Mark the container with an accumulation start date. Dispose of all used filters <br /> stored on-site greater than one year. Used filters not stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are <br /> regulated as hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action statement, disposal records and supporting <br /> documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
