The <br /> paper filter bin is now properly closed with a metal ring, placed on secondary <br /> containment, and appropriately labeled. Although the bin is currently empty, the site <br /> understands that the accumulation start date must be added to the label immediately <br /> upon the first accumulation of waste. The site is also aware of the accumulation date <br /> requirements and proper handling procedures moving forward. <br /> Based on these corrective actions, we believe the requirements outlined in this notice <br /> have been addressed and respectfully request that this item be considered resolved. <br /> If you need any additional information, please let me know. <br /> I will also follow up by the end of this week to confirm completion of the second notice <br /> regarding the CERS business plan. <br /> Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns using the contact <br /> information below.
