The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for AM PM HAMMER/15 FOOD #83113 as of ,psi`( 21, ZOZ6 Open violations from July 18, 2022 inspection Violation #110 -Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. OBSERVATION Designated facility signed and dated copies of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests (UHWM) were not found on-site. The missing manifests are: - 020390556JJK, ship date 11-14-19 REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DISC) within 60 days if the destination facility signed manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file for three years from the date of shipping. OBSERVATIOI�t This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 5/26/2016 within 30 days. The report was delivered to the business on 5/26/2016. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require, which shall include a statement documenting corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator, for purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation. The local agency, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, requires response within 30 days.
