The drum is used to containerize <br />emergency spills. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br />equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its <br />Jproper <br />operation in time of emergency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the hazardous waste drum into proper working order. Provide a corrective action <br />statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
