The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for DIAMOND GAS & MARKET # 10 as of April 21, 2026. <br />Open violations from July 12, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #1 - 3010002 - Obtained an Identification Number (unless exempted HSC 25143.13). <br />OBSERVATION: This business does not have a hazardous waste ID number in the California Department of Toxic <br />Substances Control (DTSC) database. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat , store, dispose of, transport or offer for <br />transportation, hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Identification (ID) <br />Number. A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per month , <br />less than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID numbers <br />are unique to a business and site location. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ to <br />obtain an ID number .
