Tracy WP0040996 <br /> The Environmental Health Department recently reviewed the records on the above address and <br /> found that a water sample is still pending. <br /> ❑x Water Sampling needed: <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires well sampling as part of <br /> the permitting process for any new or replacement domestic well.
