Jahant Road, Acampo <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. No excavations are permitted into the ground water table without specific approval from the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (California Water Code, <br /> Chapter 4, Article 3, Section 13240). <br /> 2. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any watercourse or in any way <br /> contribute to the pollution thereof (California Water Code, Section 13376). <br /> 3. An approved potable water supply must be provided for all employees (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-601.030). <br /> 4. Approved sanitary facilities must be provided for all employees and patrons (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-605.050). <br /> 5. No structures are proposed for this project. Any installations of structures including <br /> restrooms, or any plumbing fixtures subsequent to approval of this project, shall require the <br /> construction of an approved onsite wastewater disposal system and an approved potable <br /> water supply well for all employees (San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections <br /> Section 9-605.010 & 9-601.030). Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly <br /> permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-602.010 and 9-601.030.). <br /> 6.
