  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />45500 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538 <br /> <br /> <br />October 27, 2021 <br /> <br />Hazardous Waste Tank Closure Certification <br /> <br />Tanks identified through the inspection dated September 27, 2021 are the property of the facility’s <br />landlord. A request was made to remove multiple above-ground storage tanks (AST) located at 3131 Auto <br />Center Cir., Stockton, CA. Landlord provided notice to Tesla on September 29, 2021 that three AST were <br />removed. Requests for a Hazardous Waste Tank Closure Certification were made on October 6, 2021, <br />October 15, 2021, October 19, 2021 and October 25, 2021. Landlord did not respond to those requests. <br />See Attachment A. Tesla is still awaiting the completed Hazardous Waste Tank Closure Certification from <br />Landlord and will update this response upon receipt. <br /> <br />On information and belief, the two additional portable plastic AST, located outside 3131 Auto Center Cir., <br />Stockton, CA contained nonhazardous materials and were not subject to regulation. However, Tesla <br />further requested on October 19, 2021 and October 25, 2021 that Landlord remove the plastic AST, and if <br />required, complete a Hazardous Waste Tank Closure Certification. See Attachment A. Tesla is still <br />awaiting a response from Landlord and will update this response upon receipt. <br />
