<br /> COMMENTS: Immediately pump the septic tank(s)connected to the RV park and provide septic pumping receipts to the EHD.Cease the sewage discharge,
<br /> clean the affected areas noted in the photo log and continue to pump the septic tank(s)regularly to prevent surfacing sewage.Reinspection required after
<br /> pumping and clean up. Have a State Registered Civil Engineer submit a septic repair work plan for an engineered septic system for the EHD review and
<br /> approval under service request. Repair the existing septic system based on the work plan to prevent future failures under permit and inspection with the EHD.
<br /> COST RECOVERY: All EHD staff time associated with resolving this complaint will be billed at the current hourly rate($179).
<br /> FAILURE TO COMPLY: Failure to Comply with this Notice May Result in Formal Enforcement Action.
<br /> APPEAL PROCESS: Any owner or person in possession who objects to the finding of violations cited on this notice may request an office hearing by filing a written
<br /> request with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days of receipt of this notice.
