The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been addressed for AMERICAN CUSTOM MEATS as of April 21, 2026. Open violations from July 03, 2024 inspection Violation#5-1010006-Updated within 30 days of 100%increase or new haz; change of address/owner/name; or change in ops. OBSERVATION: During the inspection, Mr.Jerrad Cline, Maintenance Supervisor stated that the 10,600 gallon Nitrogen tank behind the building has been there since three years ago. The business has not updated and submitted the information within 30 days. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): a) A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials c) A change of business or facility address d)Change business ownership e)Change of business name f)(1)A substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the business plan. (2) For the purpose of this subdivision, "substantial change" means any change in a facility that would inhibit immediate response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response personnel, or that could inhibit the handler's ability to comply with Section 25507 , change the operational knowledge of the facility,or impede implementation of the business plan. OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The missing elements are: -North direction -Adjacent streets -Evacuation area REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary.
