The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br /> addressed for AMERICAN CUSTOM MEATS as of April 21, 2026. <br /> Open violations from July 03, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#5-1010006-Updated within 30 days of 100%increase or new haz; change of <br /> address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the inspection, Mr.Jerrad Cline, Maintenance Supervisor stated that the 10,600 gallon <br /> Nitrogen tank behind the building has been there since three years ago. The business has not updated and submitted <br /> the information within 30 days. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br /> information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): a) A 100 percent or more <br /> increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous <br /> materials c) A change of business or facility address d)Change business ownership e)Change of <br /> business name f)(1)A substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any <br /> portion of the business plan. (2) For the purpose of this subdivision, "substantial change" means any change in <br /> a facility that would inhibit immediate response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response <br /> personnel, or that could inhibit the handler's ability to comply with Section 25507 , change the operational <br /> knowledge of the facility,or impede implementation of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log <br /> into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#11 -1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete.
