Violations 2 &51 are closed but I have a few remaining questions about the rest. It does look like Cummins is leaving records of when they take hazardous waste off site during maintenance, which is relevant to violations 6, 8, 10 and 38 from the report. From what you sent, I see three Full-Service checklist records documenting the times when used oil and filters were taken, but they're not signed. The quantities are filled in, but there are spaces at the bottom 3
