Good afternoon, <br />Attached are the official inspection reports for the three inspections conducted at 3040 Benjamin Holt Drive on 9- <br />4-24, including: <br />• Underground Storage Tank (UST) inspection <br />• Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection <br />• Small Quantity Generator (SQG) Hazardous Waste (HW) inspection <br />Also attached are the Return to Compliance (RTC) certification forms for each inspection, all photos taken during <br />the inspections, and a list of free CUPA classes.
