The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for TRACY WASTEWATER TX PLNT-LAB as of April 24, 2026. <br /> Open violations from May 22, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#13-3030006-Determined land disposal restrictions for hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Land Disposal Restriction Notification (LDR)forms were found on-site without certification signatures <br /> by the hazardous waste generator. Laboratory Supervisor Gabriel Duong stated he was not aware he needed to sign <br /> them. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall determine if the waste is restricted from land disposal prior to <br /> transport off-site and keep complete documentation on-site for three years. See Title 22 California Code of <br /> Regulations section 66268.7. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that LDR forms are filled out.
