The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for TRACY WASTEWATER TX PLNT-LAB as of April 24, 2026. <br />Open violations from May 22, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #13 - 3030006 - Determined land disposal restrictions for hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Land Disposal Restriction Notification (LDR) forms were found on-site without certification signatures <br />by the hazardous waste generator. Laboratory Supervisor Gabriel Duong stated he was not aware he needed to sign <br />them. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall determine if the waste is restricted from land disposal prior to <br />transport off-site and keep complete documentation on-site for three years. See Title 22 California Code of <br />Regulations section 66268.7. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that LDR forms are filled out. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting <br />documentation within 30 days to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 1 of 1
