We found the system warm start unrecoverable <br /> data error active on the TLS-350. We then preformed a cold start on the TLS-350. After preforming the cold start on the <br /> TLS-350 we preformed a monitor cert on all of the monitored equipment attached to that TLS. No further issues were found <br /> with the TLS-350.
