4 o CoS <br />I <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />i <br />I <br />COMMISSARY AZTECA <br />PARKING RENTAL AGREEMENT <br />620 S SACRAMENTO ST <br />LODI CA 95240 <br />(209)224-8334 <br />The landlord of the above parking space shall not be liable for any damages or theft <br />of property. <br />The tenant may use the lot for parking and for no other purpose. Any fluid leaks, <br />such as oil and gas must be repaired promptly and cleaned up by tenant at no cost <br />to landlord. <br />There shall be no oil changes or engine work performed at commissary premises. <br />Emergency truck/trailer work for tire change or battery change will be permitted. <br />Tenant is responsible for lawful disposal of tires or batteries (NOT IN DUMPSTER) <br />Tenants shall be responsible for keeping their parking space clean. Tenants shall <br />also leave washing areas clean after washing their food truck/trailers. <br />only for their food truck/trailer, not for personal use) <br />3. A refundable deposit of $—QC?shall be required to cover any potential <br />damage at the commissary or payments. <br />This is a legal binding rental agreement between (Landlord) Commissary Azteca and <br />(Tenant).
