These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) Submit Water Provision Declaration form to the Environmental Health Department for review. <br /> 2) Submit a Small Public Water System preliminary technical report to the California State Water <br /> Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (Water Board) prior to issuance of building <br /> permits and at least six months before initiating construction of any water related improvement, as <br /> defined. The issuance of a permit to operate a small public water system by the local primacy agency, <br /> EHD, is prohibited without the concurrence of the Water Board. Please contact Gena Farley at <br /> Gena.Farley@waterboards.ca.gov or 209-948-7488 with the SWRCB Division of Drinking Water <br /> concerning the requirements for preliminary technical report submittal prior to issuance of building <br /> permits. <br /> 3) If the Water Board determines that an onsite well shall be used as the potable water source, a permit <br /> application to operate Small Public Water System shall be submitted to the EHD for approval prior <br /> to issuance of building permits. To issue a permit to operate, concurrence from the Water Board is <br /> required. A yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Department prior to sign off of the certificate of final occupancy (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-602.010 and 9-601.030.). <br /> 4) Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, <br /> or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-602.010 and 9-601.030.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Sections 9-602.010 and 9-601.030 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> 1868 E.
