Ms. Singh, <br />Thank you for your time and attention to this notice. <br />Cheers, <br />Sustainability in Action <br />2 <br />The Forward Resource Recovery Facility (FRRF), by way of this email, would like to provide you and Ms. <br />Subbotnikova a formal notice that FRRF is intending to resume operations in accordance with SWIS permit No. 39- <br />AA-0020. These operations will occur in accordance with the permit that has been issued to FRRF and will not <br />deviate from the prescribed operations delineated in the Transfer/Processing Report (TPR) submitted to <br />CaLRecycle during the Five-Year Permit Review from August 2024. <br />Osvaldo Cordero <br />Environmental Manager <br />FRRF is intending on resuming these operations as soon as possible and as such would welcome any comment <br />back from you should you have any. <br />9999 S.
