Monitoring and Sampling Procedures AdvaneedGeo <br /> AGE Project No. 14-3002 L ri v i ro n m e n t a I <br /> Page 2 of 2 ^^^ <br /> • Total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline, diesel and oil range <br /> compounds (TPH-g,d,o) in accordance with EPA Method 8015 Modified; <br /> • Volatile organic compounds (VOCs), including chlorinated VOCs and "BTEX" <br /> compounds and fuel additives/fuel oxygenates (methyl tertiary butyl ether <br /> [MTBE], tertiary butyl alcohol [TBA], di-isopropyl ether [DIPE], ethyl tertiary butyl <br /> ether [ETBE], tertiary amyl methyl ether [TAME] and lead scavengers 1,2- <br /> dichloroethane [1 ,2-DCA] and 1,2-dibromomethane [EDB]) in accordance with <br /> EPA Method 826013; <br /> • Polychlorinated bi-phenols (PCBs: full list) in accordance with EPA Method 8082. <br /> • Polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PNAs) or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons <br /> (PAHs) and semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) in accordance with EPA <br /> Method 8270; <br /> • Dioxin and Furan in accordance with EPA Method E1613 and SW8290. <br /> • CAM 17 Metals Total Threshold Limit Concentration (minimally. lead, cadmium, <br /> chromium, nickel and zinc) in accordance with EPA Method <br /> 6010B/6020/207/208. Soluble Threshold Limit Concentration may additionally be <br /> analyzed for metals. <br /> • Ammonia as Nitrogen in accordance with EPA Method 350.1. <br /> • Nitrate as Nitrogen in accordance with EPA Method 300. <br /> • Total dissolved solids (TDS) in accordance with EPA Method 160.1 <br /> • Hexavalent chromium in accordance with EPA Method 218.6. <br /> EQUIPMENT DECONTAMINATION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT <br /> Any non-disposable equipment used for sample collection is thoroughly rinsed with <br /> clean water after being washed with a solution of Alconox. Purge water generated <br /> during sampling activities was contained on-site in an appropriately labeled 55-gallon <br /> drum. <br />
