The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been addressed for NORCAL FUELS as of April 20, 2026. Open violations from July 02, 2025 inspection Violation#10-2030074-Annual Monitoring System Certification Form to the CUPA within 30 days of completion of the test. OBSERVATION:Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on 07/11/2024 and a test report was submitted on 08/19/2024, 9 days late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests.
