It is the owner's responsibility to follow operation and maintenance plan to ensure the system <br /> meets all requirements set forth in the design in conformity with San Joaquin County (OWTS) <br /> Standard. <br /> 6. The EHD has an open complaint CO2600330 for the domestic well onsite. <br /> a. Domestic well to be repaired or destroyed under permit and inspection with the SJC EHD <br /> as stated in the well notice to abate. <br /> b. Any existing wells or septic systems to be abandoned shall be destroyed under permit and <br /> inspection by the EHD (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-605.010 & 9- <br /> 601.020). <br /> 7. The EHD received the water test results taken by Live Oak Geoenvironmental and the current <br /> nitrate levels were found to be above the MCL of 10 mg/L for Nitrates at 11.4 mg/L, with the <br /> installation of the new proposed septic system for the parcel, the levels may continue to exceed <br /> the 10 mg/L MCL in the future.
