Paint dust will be swept up daily and <br />placed in a hazardous waste container (Non RCRA Hazardous Waste Solid (Paint Dust)). A hazardous <br />waste label for Mop Water has been created and a drum for Mop Water waste has been placed in the <br />yellow satellite secondary storage containers in this area (Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste, Liquid (Mop <br />Water). A hazardous waste label for metal grinds and sandblasting waste has been created and a drum for <br />this waste has been placed in the yellow satellite secondary storage container in this area (NA3077, <br />Hazardous Waste Solid, N.O.S., 9, III (Metals), NA3077, Hazardous Waste, Solid, N.O.S., 9, III <br />(Chromium). A hazardous waste label for paint waste has been created and a drum for this waste has been <br />placed in the yellow satellite secondary storage container in this area (Non RCRA Hazardous Waste Solid <br />(Paint Debris)). Aerosol cans will no longer be crushed. A hazardous waste label for paint can waste has <br />been created and a drum for this waste has been placed in the yellow satellite secondary storage container <br />in this area (Universal Waste (Aerosol Cans), Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste, Solid (Empty Containers, <br />Previously Contained). Refresher training for hazardous waste disposal will be provided to professor <br />Mariana. A hazardous waste label for metal dust waste has been created and a drum for this waste has <br />been placed in the yellow satellite secondary storage container in this area (NA3077, Hazardous Waste, <br />Solid, N.O.S., 9, III (Chromium)). A hazardous waste label for paint waste has been created and a drum <br />for this waste has been placed in the yellow satellite secondary storage container in this area (NA3077, <br />Hazardous Waste, Solid, N.O.S., 9, III (Chromium)). Students will be trained to collect used automotive <br />parts in a container for metal parts recycling. The material in the sheet metal yard was cleaned up and <br />labeled NA3077, Hazardous Waste Solid, N.O.S., 9,III (Chromium). It was taken to the central hazardous <br />waste accumulation area on 12/3/23. An RFQ for waste disposal was submitted on 1/15/24 and is <br />awaiting disposal by the end of March. Students will be trained to collect metal fines in a hazardous <br />waste container labeled, NA3077, Hazardous Waste Solid, N.O.S., 9, III (Metals) and a container labeled <br />as such will be labeled and added to this area. Students will be trained to collect oily sorbent pads in a <br />hazardous waste container labeled, Non RCRA Hazardous Waste Solid, (Oily Solids) located in this area. <br />The material in the two white and one yellow 5-gallon buckets is product and can be reused; it will be put <br />into a closed container labeled as such. This automotive fluid in the drain pan is product and can be <br />reused; it will be put into a closed container labeled as such.
