Hello Lynsey, <br /> Attached is the Return to Compliance documentation for Jahant Food N Fuel Stop regarding the inspection conducted on <br /> April 29, 2026. <br /> All cited violations have been addressed as follows: <br /> Violation#1—EPA/State ID Number <br /> The facility applied for reactivation of State ID Number CAL000282527. <br /> After not receiving a response, we followed up with DTSC requesting a status update. <br /> DTSC subsequently responded identifying missing information. <br /> The requested corrections were completed and the corrected DTSC Form 1358 was resubmitted. <br /> Supporting documentation is attached. <br /> Violation#4—Employee Training <br /> Employees responsible for hazardous waste handling were retrained. <br /> Training records and employee certification documentation are attached. <br /> Violation#8—Hazardous Waste Records <br /> Hazardous waste records and manifests will be maintained onsite as required. <br /> Procedures have been implemented to ensure records remain available for inspection. <br /> Violation#13—Hazardous Waste Determination <br /> Used fuel filters were evaluated and are now stored in a designated, labeled waste container pending proper disposal. <br /> Supporting photographs attached. <br /> Violation#40—Used Fuel Filters <br /> Filters were removed from the trash and placed in a closed, labeled container designated for used fuel filters. <br /> Supporting photographs attached. <br /> Violation#51—Emergency Information Posting <br /> Updated emergency information has been posted adjacent to the facility telephone. <br /> Supporting photograph attached. <br /> Violation#53—Hazardous Waste Storage Area <br /> Hazardous waste drums have been relocated to the designated hazardous waste storage area and are properly labeled. <br /> Supporting photographs attached. <br /> Violation#56—Housekeeping/Staining <br /> Stained areas around the diesel dispenser were cleaned. <br /> Additional housekeeping procedures have been implemented to prevent recurrence. <br /> Supporting photographs attached. <br /> 2 <br />
