Disposal Facility (Site) Inspection Report (52) <br /> Foothill Sanitary Landfill (39-AA-0004) <br /> 8/27/2026 <br /> 4. Landfill gas perimeter monitoring well 119 was measured today. No more than 0.0% <br /> methane was found in all probes. See attached log with complete information. <br /> 5. Personnel training records will be reviewed during the North County Landfill inspection. <br /> 6. The log of special occurrences was reviewed during the inspection. <br /> 7. The landfill gas monitoring well 119 did not have a lock. A lock to secure the well head was <br /> installed on the day of inspection. <br /> 8. There is clear and adequate signage on the approaching road and at the landfill. <br /> 9. Covered surfaces of the disposal area are graded to promote lateral runoff of precipitation <br /> and to prevent significant ponding. <br /> 10. Soil cover of the waste is in good condition. No sheep on site today to graze the grass. <br /> 11.
