No more than <br /> 0.0% methane was found in all probes. See attached log with complete information. <br /> 5. Personnel training records were reviewed during the North County Landfill inspection. <br /> 6. The log of special occurrences was reviewed during the inspection. <br /> 7. There is clear and adequate signage on the approaching road and at the landfill. <br /> 8. Covered surfaces of the disposal area are graded to promote lateral runoff of precipitation <br /> and to prevent significant ponding. <br /> 9. Soil cover of the waste is in good condition. <br /> 10.
