A flagger is required at the application site for all AIR applications of Zinc Phosphide bait. <br /> 5.The applicator shall submit Notice of Intents(NOls)for any California Restricted Material to be used. NOls will only be <br /> accepted electronically (CalAgPermits), in-person, or over the phone. NO NOI will be accepted by email or fax. NOls, in any <br />
