BAND TREATMENT. <br /> 3CCR section 6800(a) pesticides shall be applied as a band treatment immediately adjacent to the crop row so that not more <br /> than thirty-three (33) percent of the distance between rows is treated. <br /> GWP-R4 Applied between 4/1 & 7/31 <br /> CONDITON -GWP-R4 - RUNOFF GROUNDWATER PROTECTION AREAS. APPLIED BETWEEN APRIL 1st AND JULY 31st <br /> All 3CCR section 6800(a) pesticides shall only be applied between April 1 and July 31. <br /> GWP-R5 Runoff water held onsite <br /> CONDITION -GWP-R5 - RUNOFF GROUNDWATER PROTECTION AREAS. RUNOFF WATER HELD ONSITE. <br /> For six(6) months after the application of any 3CCR section 6800(a) pesticides, the field shall be designed by berms, levees, <br /> or non-draining circulation systems, to retain all irrigation runoff and all precipitation on, and drainage through, the field. The <br /> retention area on the field shall not have a percolation rate of more than 0.2 inches per hour. <br /> GWP-R6 Runoff water stored offsite <br /> CONDITION -GWP-R6 -RUNOFF GROUND WATER PROTECTION AREAS. RUNOFF WATER STORED OFFSITE. <br /> For six(6) months after the application of any 3CCR section 6800(a) pesticides, all runoff shall be channeled to a holding area <br /> off the application site, under the control of the permittee, that is designed to retain all irrigation runoff and all precipitation on, <br /> and drainage through, the treated field and all other areas draining into that holding area. The holding area shall not have a <br /> percolation rate of more than 0.2 inches per hour. <br /> GWP-R7 Runoff adjacent fallow field <br /> CONDITION -GWP-R7 - RUNOFF GROUNDWATER PROTECTION AREAS. RUNOFF TO ADJACENT FALLOW FIELD. <br /> For six (6) months after the application of any 3CCR section 6800(a) pesticides, runoff shall be managed so that it runs off onto <br /> an adjacent, unenclosed fallow field at least three-hundred (300)feet long that is not irrigated for six(6) months after <br /> application, including full consideration for any plant back restrictions. <br /> GWP-R8 Recycling of runoff <br /> CONDITION—GWP - R8- RUNOFF GROUNDWATER PROTECTION AREAS. RECYCLING OF RUNOFF. <br /> For six(6) months following application, runoff shall be collected on the treated site in an excavated retention area that has a <br /> percolation rate of greater than 0.2 inches per hour and shall be completely recycled every twenty-four(24) hours onto the <br /> treated site, neighboring land under the control of the property operator, or neighboring land with the consent of the operator of <br /> the neighboring land. <br /> GWP-ROW 1A Soil disturbance <br /> CONDITION -GWP-ROW 1A- ENGINEERED RIGHTS-OF-WAY WITHIN SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY GWPAS. SOIL <br /> DISTURBANCE. <br /> Within seven (7) days before a 3CCR section 6800(a) pesticide application, the property operator shall disturb the soil to be <br /> treated by using a disc, harrow, rotary tiller, or other mechanical device. <br /> GWP-ROW 1 B Incorporation <br /> CONDITION -GWP-ROW 1 B - ENGINEERED RIGHTS-OF-WAY WITHIN SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY GWPAS. <br /> INCORPORATION <br /> Within forty-eight(48) hours after a 3CCR section 6800(a) pesticide application, the property operator shall incorporate the <br /> pesticide into at least ninety (90) percent of the area treated by using a disc, harrow rotary tiller, by sprinkler or low Flow <br /> irrigation (including chemigation), or another mechanical method, if allowed by the label using a minimum of a quarter(1/4) <br /> inch of irrigation water and a maximum of either one (1) inch or the maximum amount of irrigation water specified on the label, <br /> at application rates that do not cause surface water runoff from the treated property or to wells on the treated property. <br />'� GWP-ROW 1C Applied between 4/1 & 7/31 <br />
