The California Retail Food Code requires that you operate out of an approved <br /> commissary to service your vehicle at least once every day. <br /> Your permit for the above mentioned MFF is suspended. If you intend to continue the operation of <br /> your MFF and want to preclude the revocation of your permit, you must submit the enclosed <br /> "Verification of Commissary" for approval within 15 days from the date of this letter.
