The transfer station began processing single stream recycling on April 27, 2026. The <br /> recycling material is from the City of Stockton and City of Manteca and will be transported to <br /> Newby Resource Recovery Park after processing. <br /> 2. Records were not available for review, since this was the first day recyclables were being <br /> processed. <br /> 3. Material was within the tipping floor. <br /> 4. Bait stations observed within the transfer station and fly bait stations were observed inside <br /> and outside of the facility. There were no issues with vectors. <br /> 5.
