A couple areas of ponding were observed from recent rain events. Operator is in the <br /> process of repairing depressions. <br /> 2. Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Bait stations were observed and functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 142°F. <br /> • Ground green waste was 110°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 1520F to 156°F. <br /> • Finished compost was 148°F. <br /> • Finished product was 158°F. <br /> • Overs were 110°F. <br /> 5. Litter on site was light and litter was not observed off site. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. The active windrows are located on Pad B. <br /> 8. The weather during the inspection was partly cloudy and the temperature was 71°F with a <br /> southeastern windspeed of 3 mph. <br /> 9.
