BuchananDN CN = ChandraN Buchanan <br />Date: 2026.02.02 12:14:56 -08'00' <br />Emergency Equipment: <br />Facilities must be equipped with the following equipment: <br />• An alarm system or internal communications system for providing immediate emergency <br />instruction to emergency personnel. <br />• A device for summoning emergency assistance (such as a telephone or two-way radio) <br />immediately available at the scene of operations. <br />• Portable fire extinguishers and fire control equipment, spill control equipment, and <br />decontamination (emergency shower and eyewash) equipment. <br />• Water at adequate volume and pressure for firefighting purposes. <br />• The smoke and fire alarm is both manually and electrically operated and will <br />automatically send an alarm to the appropriate Fire Department. The automatic sprinkler <br />system is connected to the fire alarms system. <br />Procedures for fire are to be followed as indicated in the Life Safety Policy EC.LS.021-Fire <br />Response Plan-Medical Offices. <br />Support Service Officer
