<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDERS:

<br /> COMMENTS: Immediately, put a lid to the septic tank open chamber. All septic tanks covers shall be capable of
<br /> supporting an earth load of not less than three hundred (300) pound per square foot when the maximum
<br /> coverage does not exceed three (3) feet. SJC Sewage Standards, Section 4.1.2
<br /> COST RECOVERY: All EHD staff time associated with resolving this complaint will be billed at the current hourly rate($179).
<br /> FAILURE TO COMPLY: Failure to Comply with this Notice May Result in Formal Enforcement Action. Any
<br /> APPEAL PROCESS: owner or person in possession who objects to the finding of violations cited on this notice may request an office hearing by filing
<br /> a written request with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days of receipt of
<br /> this notice.
