2 <br /> <br />#22 – The SPCC Plan Table 7-1 and Table C-3 are inconsistent. For example, Table 7-1 states direction of flow for <br />CHCF Aboveground Storage Tanks would flow “To Storm Water Drop Inlets and Detention Basin” but Table <br />C-3 states 10,000-gal diesel tank in the CHCF Generator Yard Facility would flow “Onto asphalt pavement <br />and rock collected in a berm”. Ensure the SPCC Plan include accurate direction, rate of flow, total quantity <br />of oil that could be released from a discharge. Conflicting flow directions does not satisfy the <br /> <br />#23 – CLOSED <br /> <br />#31 – Section 10.1.2 states Hazmat Specialist of Chief Engineer 1 are designated persons responsible for spill <br />prevention and the designated people are in section 2.5. Section 2.5 does not exist in the plan. Only <br />section 2. <br /> <br />#59 – Only the Central Main Emergency Generator is mentioned in section 6.8.
