The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for Altamont Corridor Express Maintenance Facility as of March 31, 2026. <br />Open violations from May 22, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #21 - 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start date. <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br />greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br />-The 55-gallon drum next to the train washer building was observed with a hazardous waste container, a small amount <br />of liquid visible through the container, and no accumulation start date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br />disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #23 - 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br />-The 55-gallon drum near the train washer building was observed with a small quantity of oil visible through the <br />container and a hazardous waste label missing the generator name and address, the generator EPA ID number, the <br />contents and hazardous properties, and the accumulation start date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br />“Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br />accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br />action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 3 of 5
