The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for FLAG CITY TRUCK SERVICE as of June 17, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 19, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#28-3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with no labeling. The containers were: <br /> -(2)black 5 gallon plastic containers containing used oil under the metal filter crusher <br /> -A 55 gallon drum of used metal oil filters was found with a pool of used oil, mixed with air filters and various other <br /> items.This container was located outside of the building near the entrance for trucks to be serviced. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#38-3010025-Obtained a written hazardous waste tank system assessment prior to placing into <br /> use. <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility has a 1,300 gallon hazardous waste tank of used oil and was not able to provide a <br /> hazardous waste tank assessment during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66270.11 Signatories to Permit <br /> Applications and Reports Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66260.10 Definitions "Tank"means a <br /> stationary device, designed to contain an accumulation of hazardous waste which is constructed primarily of <br /> nonearthen materials(e.g.,wood, concrete, steel, plastic)which provide structural support. Title 22 California Code of <br /> Regulations section 66265.192 Design and Installation of New Tank Systems or Components. Title 22 California <br /> Code of Regulations section 66265.193 Containment and Detection of Releases <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Have a qualified Professional Engineer prepare a tank assessment for each tank. Provide a <br /> corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days.
