• Violation #26—Open. <br /> o Haz Waste containers need to be securely closed when not adding to or removing from <br /> them. The photo you provided for violation #38 shows a filter uncontained and a drum <br /> not securely closed. Drums with removable lids should have clamps and lids should be <br /> firmly secured to prevent a spill/release if the drum is knocked over. The lid of the drum <br /> also has an open bung hold. All lid openings need to be securely closed. <br /> • Violation #29—Open. <br /> o Nothing submitted. Please provide a corrective action statement indicating how this <br /> compliance issue will be prevented in the future and photos of any empty containers <br /> currently on site demonstrating that they are managed as required, including being <br /> Labeled with the date they were emptied. <br /> • Violation #30—Open. <br /> o Nothing submitted. I attached some guidance for Haz Waste labeling(see page 2 regarding <br /> tanks).
