Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) All Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) must comply with San Joaquin County <br /> Local Agency Management Program (LAMP) and current OWTS standards. <br /> 2) Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-601.010 (b)). <br /> 3) The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems <br /> Standards of San Joaquin County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a <br /> sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the <br /> Environmental Health Department approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-605.010(b), 9-605.010(c)(3), and 9-605.020). <br /> 4) Destroy or properly place out of service the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-601.020(e). <br /> 1868 E.
