• Violation #33—Open.This is a requirement of 40 CFR 112.7(g). Section 8.0 of the plan reviewed <br /> during the inspection is the only place this code section is referenced, and it does not include <br /> anything about the appropriateness of security lighting. If the tank information sheets are being <br /> used to meet this requirement, please include a reference to the tables in section 8.0. <br /> o 40 CFR 112.7(g)- Security(excluding oil production facilities). Describe in your Plan how <br /> you secure and control access to the oil handling, processing and storage areas; secure <br /> master flow and drain valves; prevent unauthorized access to starter controls on oil <br /> pumps; secure out-of-service and loading/unloading connections of oil pipelines; and <br /> address the appropriateness of security lighting to both prevent acts of vandalism and <br /> assist in the discovery of oil discharges. <br /> • Violation #55—Closed.The inspection record states that it should be retained for 3 years, but due <br /> to it's unknown age, I would recommend you hold on to it for the life of the tank.
