Circo Toy Circus is bound by inspections by the local Fire Department as well as the <br />city building department jurisdictions and the County Health Department. This is an <br />assurance that we are meeting all requirements for public safety to our patrons. <br />CIRCO TOY CIRCUS <br />SECURITY PLAN AGENDA <br />All requirements for aisles, lighting, electrical, generators, fire extinguishers and other <br />safety issues are met or exceeded by Circo Toy Circus. In case of emergency, the exits <br />lead to the fire lane, which is always kept unobstructed, making an easy path of <br />escape for patrons. <br />Further, the layout of the Circo Toy Circus tent has more exists than are required by <br />State Codes and the total number of feet on those exists also exceeds state <br />requirements. While Circo Toy Circus only seats up to 830 seats, we expect an average <br />attendance of 300 - 500 people per show. <br />Circo Toy Circus has its own security team consisting at four in house security <br />personnel (includes 1 head of security). The uniforms consist of matching Circo Toy <br />Circus shirts and pants. This low key approach to security maintains the atmosphere of <br />family fun. <br />Many of the things that attract or encourage trouble or the necessary assitance <br />intervention from the Police will not be present at Circo Toy Circus. Alcohol will not be <br />sold or served there are no games of change or mechanical rides. While a carnival <br />attracts ages 12 - 22, a prime age for those who may cause trouble, Circo Toy Circus <br />primarily attracts children of elementary school ages or younger along with their <br />parents and grandparents. <br />Circo Toy Circus is a family show that attracts primarily families therefore our in-house <br />security has been sufficient to provide appropriate crowd control. Since there is <br />nothing to see other than the show itself, there are no people just loitering in the <br />area. Crowds come at show time, enter the enclosed midway area and take their <br />seats. After the show there is nothing else to see so they exit to their cars and leave <br />the premeses. <br />All security will be scheduled one hour before each performance and stay 30 minutes <br />after the performance. Security personal will be stationed both inside and outside the <br />tent as well next to the ticket booth. <br />Security Personnel will have access to walkie-talkies for communication between <br />themselves in addition to cell phones that can be used to call additional personal as <br />well as local police or fire, if it becomes necessary.
