AECOM <br /> in a motor vehicle incident, or resulting citations or other legal actions associated with motor vehicle <br /> violations. <br /> 4.13.4 The employee's driving privileges will be suspended for any of the following: <br /> • Accidents or legal action involving alcohol or drug use(e.g., driving under the influence). <br /> • Driving without a license. <br /> • Hit-and-run driving or leaving the scene of an accident. <br /> • Unauthorized use of AECOM vehicles (e.g., using an AECOM vehicle for moving personal <br /> items, carrying passengers who are not associated with work activities, etc.). <br /> 4.13.5 The employee's driving privileges may be suspended for any of the following: <br /> • Two or more at-fault accidents involving the same Authorized Driver within a 12-month period. <br /> • Multiple complaints from other employees or members of the public about driving performance. <br /> • Any accident caused by an AECOM Authorized Driver where damages exceed$2,500. <br /> • Failure to comply with the distracted driving requirements. <br /> • Gross misconduct or violation of policy. <br /> 4.13.6 An Authorized Driver's driving privileges may be reinstated as follows: <br /> • For any suspension resulting from law enforcement agency legal action involving drugs and <br /> alcohol on the part of the former Authorized Driver, driving privileges may be reinstated only by <br /> concurrent agreement of the Vice President of SH&E for the applicable Business Group and <br /> Human Resources Manager. <br /> • For those Authorized Driver's privilege suspensions that are not related to driving under the <br /> influence of drugs or alcohol, privileges may be reinstated with concurrent agreement by the <br /> AECOM Manager,the SH&E Manager, and Human Resources Manager upon completion of <br /> required remedial training. <br /> 4.13.7 Disciplinary action may include the following: <br /> • Loss of AECOM driving privileges. <br /> • Disciplinary warning. <br /> • Termination. <br /> 4.13.8 The employee is personally responsible for payment of fines for moving violations and parking <br /> citations incurred while driving a vehicle on AECOM business and for reporting such incidents to <br /> his/her Manager/Supervisor.The Manager is responsible for notifying Counsel. <br /> 4.13.9 If an Authorized Driver receives a citation resulting in the license being suspended from driving or <br /> has his/her driver's license revoked, he/she is required to notify his/her Manager/Supervisor prior <br /> to start of the following work day.
