Health and Safety Plan <br /> AECOM has prepared a Programmatic HASP to apply to any Discovery Investigation work being conducted by <br /> AECOM or their subcontractors. DTSC has approved updated Programmatic HASP dated April 5,2024(AECOM <br /> 2024b), by Contract Agreement No. 22-T5019(AECOM 2022a). <br /> The following supplemental health and safety procedures specific for the Subject Property are presented in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> • Hospital route map, <br /> • Updated COVID-19 protocols, and <br /> • Task Hazard Analyses. <br /> AECOM personnel will be required to follow the procedures set forth in the approved Programmatic HASP in <br /> Appendix A of this Work Plan.
