Thank you for the call back earlier today. As discussed, please find attached the revised permit
applications with only the over-bore checked, and resigned and dated.
You also wanted clarification on the access agreements. The work is being done on the Tesoro and Buckeye
Terminal properties. Tesoro and Buckeye are collectively our client and collectively the well owners. No
additional access is needed to complete the work.
I will check in with you later this week to confirm the permits will be issued by the end of the week in order to
keep our schedule to complete the work starting next week. Thank you for helping to make that happen.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thank you,
Dan Schreiner, P.G.
Senior Geologist
Stantec Consulting Services Inc.
3875 Atherton Road, Rocklin CA 95765-3716
Phone: (916) 472-3915
Cell: (916) 626-7882
Dan.Schreiner@stantec.com
X
The content of this email is the confidential property of Stantec and should not be copied, modified, retransmitted,or used for any purpose except with
Stantec's written authorization. If you are not the intended recipient, please delete all copies and notify us immediately.
(f Please consider the environment before printing this email.
From: Schreiner, Dan
Sent:Wednesday, October 25, 2017 11:47 AM
To: 'Michael Kith [EH]' <mkith@sjcehd.com>
Cc: Hill, Grace <Grace.HilI@stantec.com>
Subject: RE: STTC- Permit Updated Information
Importance: High
Hi Michael. Thank you for your attention to this. We are scheduled for well destructions beginning on
November 6, pending your approval. Answers to your questions below:
1. Work is being done for the STTC group, on their properties. Access for environmental work is captured in
their agreements with the Port of Stockton. No additional access needed.
2. We prefer to pressure grout these wells, with your approval. In fact, we anticipate that some can only
be grouted (no overdrill) due to the placement of new site features and gas distribution lines
immediately near these wells after the wells were installed. Wells are ozone injection wells with small
filter packs. No samples are collected from these wells (they were used for injection not monitoring), but
1
