If not, please revise your permit application to indicate the <br /> correct method of abandonment. <br /> 3. Are any of the wells in an easement? If so,the encroachment permit may be needed. <br /> 4. Submit a zoom-in map of the well location. It is difficult to ascertain the well location. <br /> 5. Site health and sate plan. <br /> Please submit above information as soon as possible.
