McMahan), HERO provided a review of the Groundwater <br /> Monitoring Work Plan for Rough and Ready Island (RRI), Port of Stockton, Stockton, <br /> California, dated April 9, 2018. <br /> SCOPE OF REVIEW: This review focuses primarily on aspects related to Human <br /> Health Risk Assessment (HHRA). Minor grammatical or typographical errors that do not <br /> alter the interpretation of the work plan have not been noted. We defer to the DTSC site <br /> geologist and/or project manager on geotechnical aspects of the work plan. Any future <br /> changes or additions to the work plan should be clearly identified. <br /> GENERAL COMMENTS: <br /> 1.
