Attachment 1: Response to DTSC,HERO,and RWQCB Comments <br /> Submittal: Groundwater Data Gaps Site Investigation <br /> Rough and Ready Island,Port of Stockton, Stockton, California <br /> # Comment Response to Comment <br /> DTSC Comments—31 January 2019 <br /> General Comments <br /> 1 Please provide a well list that includes which sites each well is The wells that will be sampled prior to the next monitoring event <br /> associated with and what monitoring activities are planned at for additional analysis as part of the data gaps investigation are all <br /> each well.Additionally, please include construction details and in good condition and are included with the screen intervals, <br /> any maintenance concerns so that it is easy to determine if a parameters for which they will be sampled, and the sites at which <br /> well still exists and if it is in good enough condition to be they are located in Table 2 of the Groundwater Data Gaps Site <br /> sampled. Investigation Memorandum. Table 7 of the 2018 Groundwater <br /> Monitoring Work Plan (GMWP)lists all of the well construction <br /> details and sites at which the wells are located. Updated <br /> information on the well conditions can be found in Table 1 of the <br /> third quarter 2018 data transmittal memorandum. The 2018 <br /> Annual Report, which will be prepared after completion of the <br /> data gaps investigation in accordance with the 2018 GMWP, will <br /> include a complied table with the requested information and <br /> proposed future monitoring activities to be conducted at the wells. <br /> 2 Based on a review of the figures, it is recommended that the Future monitoring based on the 2018 monitoring results and data <br /> following wells and piezometers be added to the groundwater gaps investigation will be evaluated and included in the 2018 <br /> plumes at the site: 917-08, 917-11, P-170, P-173, W-294, and Annual Report upon completion of the data gaps investigation. <br /> W-317. Wells were sampled during the 2018 monitoring event in <br /> accordance with the DTSC and RWQCB approved GMWP. P-170 <br /> and P-173 are 1-inch piezometers and are not designed to be <br /> sampled with bladder pumps. 917-08, 917-11, W-294, and W-317 <br /> were located and gauged during the third quarter 2018 monitoring <br /> event in accordance with the GMWP. Potential future monitoring <br /> of these wells will be evaluated and a monitoring program <br /> proposed in the 2018 Annual Report. <br /> 1 08.03.2019 <br />
